Initial Consultation
Your initial appointment will consist of explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Sometimes, surgery can be done on the same day. However, complex medical problems or complicated treatment plans will require further evaluation and a second appointment for surgery on another day. At the dime of your consultation please assist us with the following information:

• Your surgical referral slip and x-rays if necessary
• A list of medications that you are presently taking

A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 years of age at the time of consultation
